Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers India (P) is hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Bejai-Kapikad Road, Mangalore. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

1. Prepare Detailed Quantity Take-Off'S From Drawings (Architectural, Structural, And Mep) 2. Conduct Rate Analysis For Civil, Finishing, And Basic Mep Works Based On Market Trends (Local Mangalore/Karnataka Rates). 3. Measure Executed Work At Site And Prepare Ra Bills For Subcontractors. 4. Update Boq'S, Work Orders, And Bills In Erp System. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
