1. Prepare Detailed Project Schedules Using Tools Like Microsoft Project/Primavera P6. 2. Define Activity Sequences, Durations, And Dependencies. 3. Align Schedules With Construction Methodology And Site Constraints. 4. Identify And Monitor The Critical Path Of Projects. 5. Track Actual Progress Vs Planned Progress On A Daily/Weekly Basis. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
