1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using myworkapp.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the service

MyWork is a job discovery platform that aggregates and publishes job openings from employers, recruitment partners and public sources across India. We provide listings for informational purposes and act as a discovery service only.

We are not an employment agency or recruiter, and we are not party to any employment relationship between a candidate and an employer.

3. No guarantee of employment

MyWork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any job listing, nor that any application will result in an interview or offer. Hiring decisions rest entirely with the respective employer.

4. No fees from candidates

MyWork never charges candidates to view or apply for jobs. If any listing, individual or third party asks you to pay money in exchange for a job, treat it as fraudulent and report it to betterworkindia@gmail.com. Never share bank details, OTPs or payment information with anyone claiming to represent us.

5. Accuracy of listings

Listings are published as supplied by employers or sourced from public postings. Details such as salary, location, qualifications and validity may change without notice. Verify all particulars directly with the employer before acting on a listing or sharing personal information.

Expired listings are removed from the Platform. A listing that is no longer available will return a "job closed" page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, crawl, harvest, republish or bulk-download content from the Platform without written permission; not to use automated systems in a way that degrades service for others; and not to submit false, misleading or unlawful information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, other than employer-supplied material and third-party trademarks, is the property of MyWork. Company names and logos shown on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the organisation associated with a listing. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

8. Third-party links

The Platform links to external application pages and employer websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss arising from reliance on a listing, unavailability of the service, or dealings with any employer or third party.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
