Conduct Induction And Refresher Training Programs For Security Guards.Train Guards On Security Procedures, Access Control, Patrolling, Emergency Response, And Incident Reporting.Provide Practical Training On Fire Safety, First Aid, Evacuation Procedures, And Disaster Management.Educate Guards On Discipline, Grooming Standards, Customer Service. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
