Primus Group Of College is hiring a Tellecaller Cum Counsellor in New Patliputra Colony, Patna. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls With Prospective Students.Counsel And Guide Candidates Regarding Courses, Admissions, Fees, And Career Opportunities.Follow Up On Inquiries Generated Through Calls, Walk-Ins, And Digital Leads.Convert Leads Into Admissions Through Regular Communication And Counseling.Maintain Accurate Records Of Calls, Inquiries, Follow-Ups, And Admissions Status.Address Queries, Resolve Concerns, And Build Positive Rapport With Students/Parents.Coordinate With The Admission/Office Team For Documentation And Enrollment Processes.Meet Daily/Weekly Calling And Admission Targets As Assigned.Support Promotional Campaigns, Telemarketing Drives, And Student Engagement Activities.Prepare Basic Reports On Lead Conversion And Counseling Outcomes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
