Sai Security And Facility Services is hiring a Telecalling Executive in Simmakkal, Madurai. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Outbound Calling: Proactively Call Prospective Clients To Promote Services, Introduce New Products, And Generate Qualified Leads.Inbound Support: Handle Incoming Calls, Resolve Customer Complaints, And Provide Accurate Product Information.Data Management: Accurately Update And Maintain Detailed Records Of Customer Interactions, Feedback, And Account Updates In The Crm System.Lead Qualification: Ask Probing Questions To Understand Client Needs And Align Them With The Appropriate Solutions.Target Achievement: Meet Or Exceed Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Targets For Sales Closures, Lead Volumes, Or Call Durations.Relationship Building: Establish Rapport With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business And Brand Loyalty. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
