Technical Support Engineer

Scrum Systems is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Kothrud, Pune. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Provide Technical Support To Customers Via Phone, Email, Remote Access, Or Onsite Visits.Install, Configure, And Maintain Hardware, Software, And Networking Equipment. Diagnose And Troubleshoot Technical Issues Related To Products And Systems. Respond To Customer Queries And Resolve Issues Within The Defined Sla. Escalate Complex Technical Issues. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
