Supervise Inbound Emergency Call Centre Executives, Ensuring Accurate Call Handling, Proper Information Capture, And Timely Ambulance Dispatch While Guiding Agents During Critical Calls And Escalations.Monitor Attendance, Shift Adherence, Sop Compliance, And Performance Metrics, And Report Shift Outcomes, Issues, And Improvements To The Call Center. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
