Responsibilities:Manage And Lead The Personal Loan Sales Team.Achieve Monthly Disbursement And Revenue Targets.Monitor Team Performance And Productivity.Guide Executives In Lead Conversion And Customer Handling.Ensure Proper Documentation And Loan Processing.Conduct Team Meetings, Training, And Motivation Sessions.Maintain Quality Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
