A Tandoor Chef Is A Specialized Cook Who Prepares And Cooks Food, Primarily Indian Cuisine, Using A Tandoor (A Cylindrical Clay Oven). Their Responsibilities Include Preparing And Marinating Meats, Vegetables, And Bread, Ensuring Proper Cooking In The Tandoor, Maintaining The Oven'S Temperature, And Upholding Hygiene Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
