Prepare Authentic South Indian Dishes - Dosa, Idli, Vada, Upma, Uttapam, Pongal- Specialize In Chettinad, Andhra, And Tamil Nadu Gravies, Curries, And Rice Varieties- Handle Tiffins, Meals, Thalis, And Banquet Orders During Peak Hours- Maintain Consistency In Taste, Hygiene, And Food Presentation As Per Sops- Manage Kitchen Inventory, Raw Material Indent, And Control Food Cost/Wastage- Ensure Fssai, Kitchen Hygiene, And Safety Standards Are Followed- Train And Guide Commis Chefs And Kitchen Staff- Plan Menu, Specials, And Coordinate With F&B Team For Events. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
