Manage Kitchen Operations By Controlling Food Costs, Portion Sizes, And Waste While Ensuring Taste, Quality, And Haccp/Fssai Safety Standards. Supervise And Train Staff On Sops, Manage Inventory And Supplier Coordination, Enforce Dining/Delivery Protocols, And Maintain Equipment. Collaborate With Management On Financial Reports And Policies. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
