Bhavna Sweets is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Fatima Nagar, Pune. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: Attend Customers And Provide Excellent Service Sell Mithai, Namkeen, Bakery Products, Dry Fruits And Gift Boxes Handle Billing, Cash Counter And Customer Enquiries Maintain Cleanliness And Attractive Product Displays Supervise Day-To-Day Counter Operations And Staff Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate Replenishment Assist During Festive Sales And Corporate Gifting Seasonsrequirements: Minimum 3 Years Experience In Retail Sales Experience In A Mithai Shop, Bakery, Dry Fruit Store Or Food Retail Outlet Preferred Basic English And Hindi Communication Required Marathi Speaking Will Be An Added Advantage Good Customer Handling And Sales Skills Positive Attitude, Neat Appearance And Team-Oriented Approach Willing To Work On Weekends And Festivals. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
