Coordinate With Customers, Dealers, And Field Engineers.Allocate Service Calls And Track Updates Until Closure.Update Vendor Portals And Maintain Service Records.Prepare Reports, Manage Excel Data (Vlookup Knowledge Required), And Handle Email Communication.Collect Call Reports, Travel Claims, And Spare Parts Payment Details From Engineers. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
