Greet Clients, Understand Concerns, And Offer Expert Service Advice.Liaise With Technicians To Monitor Progress And Ensure Timely Delivery.Conduct Inspections Of Completed Jobs And Follow Up After Delivery For Feedback. Promote Service Packages, Accessories, And Spare Parts To Improve Retention. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
