Attend Incoming Customer Calls Professionally.Call And Follow Up With Inquiries Received From Justdial, Tradeindia, Website Forms, Whatsapp, And Other Lead Sources.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Products.Explain Product Features, Pricing, And Available Options Clearly.Convince Prospective Customers To Visit The Showroom.Maintain Records Of Inquiries, Follow-Ups, And Customer Interactions.Coordinate With The Sales Team For Customer Requirements And Order Processing.Achieve Monthly Inquiry Conversion And Sales Targets.Build Positive Relationships With Customers And Provide Excellent Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
