Handling All Incoming Company Enquiries Regular Follow-Up With Customers Via Phone, Whatsapp, And Email Providing Order Status Updates Coordinating With The Sales Team To Understand Customer Requirements Maintaining Strong Relationships With Existing Customers Performing Basic Marketing Activities To Generate New Customers Preparing Daily Reports And Submitting Them To Seniors Following Up On Payments (If Required) Updating Information In Excel / Whatsapp Business / Crm. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
