Handle Customer Service Calls And Update Crm. Schedule Engineers For Service Visits. Coordinate With Field Engineers And Clients. Maintain Inward/Outward Material Records. Prepare Job Sheets, Quotations & Reports. Follow Up With Customers For Service Updates. Maintain Amc And Service Records. Daily Reporting And Operational Coordination. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
