Hygienic Pack is hiring a Sales Coordinator / Executive in Mohiuddinpur, Meerut. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Coordinate With Customers Regarding Inquiries, Quotations, Orders, And Dispatches.Prepare And Follow Up On Sales Quotations And Proforma Invoices.Maintain Customer Databases And Sales Records.Coordinate With Production, Stores, And Dispatch Teams To Ensure Timely Order Fulfillment.Handle Customer Calls, Emails, And Whatsapp Communications Professionally.Track Order Status And Provide Regular Updates To Customers.Generate Sales Reports, Mis Reports, And Order Tracking Reports.Support The Sales Team In Lead Management And Customer Follow-Ups.Maintain Records Of Payments, Pending Orders, And Customer Requirements.Assist In Resolving Customer Complaints And Service Issues.Manage Online Inquiries Received Through Website, Indiamart, Tradeindia, And Social Media Platforms. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
