Experienced Restaurant Manager With Expertise In South Indian Cuisine Operations, Fluent In Tamil And English. Responsible For Overseeing Daily Restaurant Operations, Managing Staff, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service, Maintaining Food Quality And Hygiene Standards, Handling Inventory And Vendor Coordination, And Driving Sales And Customer Satisfaction. Strong Leadership, Team Management, And Communication Skills With The Ability To Coordinate Effectively With Tamil-Speaking Staff And Customers. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
