- Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates, Boqs, And Tender Documents For The Villa Project.- Conduct Rate Analysis And Ensure Accurate Pricing Of Materials And Labor.- Monitor Project Budgets And Track Expenditures Against Forecasts.- Evaluate And Certify Subcontractor Bills And Vendor Invoices. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
