Carry Out Unannounced Random Checks Of Production Rolls Across All Lines.Inspect Rolls For Defects Including Thickness Inconsistencies, Surface Defects, Film Gauge Variations, And Appearance Anomalies.Exercise Authority To Reject Non-Conforming Rolls And Place Them On Hold Pending Review Or Rework.Maintain A Rejection Log With Detailed Findings. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
