Quality Analyst

Axiant Business Solutions is hiring a Quality Analyst in Sai Nagar, Anantapur. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Track Quality Metrics Such As Csat, Fcr,Aht, Quality Score. Monitor And Audit Customer Calls. Provide Timely Feedback, Evaluate Agent Performance Based On Quality Standards. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quality Reports. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
