Supervise Daily Production Activities And Ensure Targets Are Achieved.Manage Manpower, Machines, And Production Processes Efficiently.Ensure Compliance With Quality, Safety, And Company Standards.Monitor Production Performance And Prepare Shift Reports.Coordinate With Maintenance And Quality Teams To Resolve Operational Issues.Train And Guide. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
