Kaizen Enterprises is hiring a Plasma Welder in Thane West, Mumbai. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹27,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

An Experienced Plasma Transferred Arc (Pta) Specialist Skilled In Operating And Programming Advanced Plasma Systems. Expert At Performing Automated Weld Overlays And Hardfacing Using Metal Powders (E.G, Stellite, Colmonoy) To Maximize The Service Life Of Critical Industrial Components Against Extreme Wear And Corrosion. Strong Ability To Control Dilution Rates (Often Under 5) And Minimize The Heat-Affected Zone (Haz) While Maintaining Precise Mechanical Properties. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
