In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Leading The Team: Supervising Our Jewelry-Making Staff To Ensure A Productive And Positive Work Environment.Managing Production: Setting Daily Goals And Ensuring All Orders Are Finished On Time And Meet Our Quality Standards.Tracking Inventory: Monitoring Raw Materials And Finished Goods To Prevent Shortages And Reduce Waste.Improving Efficiency: Streamlining Our Workshop Processes To Help Us Hit Our Targets Faster.Reporting: Maintaining Accurate Logs And Performance Reports To Keep Ownership Informed On Operational Progress.The Ideal Candidate Has Strong Leadership Skills, Experience In Small-Batch Manufacturing, And A Keen Eye For Detail. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
