Decoline Facilities Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Guduvanchery, Chennai. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 0–1 years of experience.

1.Perform Basic Electrical, Plumbing, And Civil Maintenance Work. 2.Attend Resident Maintenance Complaints And Complete Repairs. 3.Check And Maintain Lights, Switches, Sockets, And Db Panels. 4.Repair Water Leaks, Taps, Pipes, And Drainage Issues. 5.Inspect Common Areas And Report Any Maintenance Issues. 6.Maintain Tools & Equipment In Good Conditi.
