Rainforest Resort is hiring a Line Chef Commis 1 in Ernakulam, Kochi. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Ensure Consistency In Taste, Quality, And Presentation Of All Food Served. Assist In Daily Mise En Place And Food Preparation. Maintain Cleanliness, Hygiene, And Food Safety Standards In The Kitchen. Monitor Food Quality And Proper Storage Of Ingredients. Minimize Food Wastage And Follow Portion Control Standards. Coordinate Effectively With The Kitchen Team To Ensure Smooth Operations. Ensure All Kitchen Equipment Is Used Safely And Maintained Properly. Follow Instructions From The Sous Chef/Executive Chef And Perform Additional Duties As Assigned.Good Knowledge Of Food Preparation, Cooking Techniques, And Kitchen Hygiene. Ability To Work Under Pressure And In A Fast-Paced Environment.Team Player With A Positive Attitude And Willingness To Learn. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
