Yashwant Legacy is hiring a Legal Assistant in Vadgaon Maval, Pune. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

. Coordinate With Government Offices Such As Tehsil Office, Talathi Office, Circle Office, Land Records Office (Bhumi Abhilekh), Record Room, And Sub-Registrar Office. Apply For And Obtain Land-Related Documents Including 7/12 Extracts, Mutation Entries, Rts Records, Index Ii, Sale Deeds, Certified Copies, And Other Revenue Records. Follow Up With Talathi And Circle Offices For Mutation Entries And Approvals. Handle Applications Related To Land Measurement, Coordinate With Surveyors, And Assist During Site Measurements. Visit Government Offices Regularly To Complete Land And Legal Documentation Work. Assist In Property Registration By Coordinating With Advocates And Remaining Present During Document Registration. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
