Team Training: Train New Culinary Staff And Kitchen Porters On Food Prep Techniques, Plate Presentation, And Restaurant Standards. Performance Oversight: Assist Management With Evaluating Staff, Resolving Conflicts, And Motivating The Team. Foh Coordination: Communicate Regularly With The Front-Of-House Staff Regarding Daily Specials. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
