I)Manage End-To-End Recruitment By Understanding Hiring Needs, Sourcing Candidates Through Job Portals, Social Media & References Ii)Screen & Shortlist Profiles, Conduct Initial Interviews & Coordinate With Hiring Managers For Further Rounds Iii)Maintain Recruitment Data, Ensure Timely Followups & Assist In Onboarding And Documentation Of New Hires. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
