Greenchillyz Catering And Foods is hiring a Hr Manager in BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

We Are Looking For An Experienced Hr Manager To Oversee Our Human Resources Operations, Manage Staffing For Our Corporate Office And Multiple Outlets, And Help Us Build A Strong, Motivated Workforce.Roles & Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage End-To-End Hiring For Corporate Staff, Outlet Managers, And Kitchen/Service Staff (Cooks, Chefs, Etc.). Conduct Interviews And Ensure A Smooth Onboarding Process.Education: Mba In Human Resources Or A Relevant Masters Degree.Experience: 3 To 6 Years Of Proven Experience As An Hr Executive Or Manager. (Experience In The F&B, Hospitality, Or Catering Industry Is Highly Preferred). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
