A Hotel Receptionist Is The First Point Of Contact For Guests And Is Responsible For Creating A Positive Impression Of The Hotel. The Receptionist Welcomes Guests, Performs Check-In And Check-Out Procedures, Manages Reservations, Answers Phone Calls And Emails, And Provides Accurate Information About Hotel Facilities And Local Attractions. They Handle Guest Requests, Resolve Complaints Professionally, Coordinate With Housekeeping And Maintenance To Ensure Room Readiness, Maintain Guest Records, Process Payments, Prepare Bills, And Ensure Compliance With Hotel Policies. A Receptionist Also Manages Communication Between Different Departments, Maintains The Reception Area, And Delivers Courteous, Efficient, And Professional Service To Ensure Guest Satisfaction And A Comfortable Stay. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
