You Will Manage End-To-End Blue-Collar Mass Hiring, Handle Daily Plant Operations, Resolve Shop-Floor Grievances, And Maintain Strong Industrial Relations. Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Factory Compliance, And Registers Will Be Appreciated. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
