Supervise Daily Shop Floor Operations And Workforce Deployment.Ensure Production Targets, Quality Standards, And Timelines Are Met.Monitor Machine Utilization, Downtime, And Material Flow.Enforce Safety Protocols And Housekeeping Standards.Coordinate With Production Planning, Maintenance, And Quality Teams.Maintain Shift Reports, Attendance Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
