Alishan Green Energy is hiring a Floor Manager in Mandir Hasaud, Raipur. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Manage And Control Plant Manpower, Including Operators, Helpers, And Contract Labour. Supervise And Guide Supervisors To Ensure Targets, Quality, And Timelines Are Met. Plan And Allocate Daily Manpower Deployment As Per Production Requirements. Monitor Production Activities To Ensure Smooth Workflow And Minimum Downtime. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
