Field Officer

Vcare Hospitality India is hiring a Field Officer in Park Street, Kolkata. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Supervise Daily Housekeeping Operations Across Assigned Client Locations. Conduct Regular Site Visits And Inspections To Ensure Service Quality And Sop Compliance. Manage Deployment, Attendance, Shift Scheduling, And Replacement Of Housekeeping Staff. Ensure Proper Grooming, Provide On-The-Job Training And Refresher Training To Housekeeping Staff. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
