Shivoham Builders is hiring a Facility Manager in Minto Park, Kolkata. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

The Facility Manager Is Responsible For The Overall Maintenance, Safety, Security, And Smooth Day-To-Day Operations Of The Residential Complex. The Role Includes Supervising Housekeeping, Security, Electricians, Plumbers, And Other Support Staff; Coordinating With Vendors And Contractors And Other Personnel Related To Upkeep Of The Building. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
