Handling All Logistics Related Queries Which Will Be Routed From The Cs Team Throughmails, Chats, And Calls.Closing Urgent Deliveries, Pod, Disputed Cases Raised From Customersclosing All The Cases For Customers Within Defined Tat.Manage Non Delivery Related Issues.Shipment Cycle Closure.Generating Scm Reports.Reverse Pickups Handling And Monitorin. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
