XYXX Apparels is hiring a E Commerce Operation Executive in Kumbharia Gam, Surat. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Monitor Order Processing, Dispatch, And Delivery Timelines To Ensure Smooth Fulfilment. Coordinate With Vendors, Courier Partners, Warehouses, And Internal Teams To Resolve Operational Issues. Track And Manage Inventory Across E-Commerce Channels To Prevent Stock Discrepancies. Prepare And Maintain Reports Related To Orders, Inventory, Dispatch Status, Returns, Cancellations, And Operational Exceptions. Ensure Timely Order Execution And Follow-Up On Pending Shipments, Returns, And Customer-Related Concerns. Identify Process Gaps And Recommend Improvements To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Customer Experience. Maintain Accurate Documentation And Operational Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
