Responsibilities Include Handling Customer Chats And Calls, Managing Online Orders, Updating Product Listings, Coordinating With Courier Partners, Maintaining Excel Records, Responding To Whatsapp And Social Media Inquiries, And Providing Excellent Customer Service. Candidates Should Be Smart, Honest, Punctual, And Willing To Learn. Prior Experience In E-Commerce Or Jewellery Is Preferred But Not Mandatory. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
