Precision HR consultancy is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Ambattur, Chennai. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Handle Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls, Emails, And Messages.Provide Shipment Status Updates And Tracking Information To Customers.Resolve Customer Queries Related To Pickup, Delivery, Delays, And Lost Shipments.Coordinate With Operations And Delivery Teams To Ensure Timely Issue Resolution.Record And Maintain Customer Interaction. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
