Customer Support Executive

Kalpaa World Education is hiring a Customer Support Executive in JP Nagar Phase 6, Bengaluru. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Make Outbound Calls To Prospective Customers. Explain Company Services And Generate Leads. Follow Up With Interested Parents And Schedule Appointments. Maintain Call Records And Update Crm/Data Sheets. Achieve Daily And Monthly Calling Targets. Good Communication Skills Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
