Respond To Customer Inquiries Via Phone, Email, Chat, Or Social Media.Resolve Customer Complaints And Provide Appropriate Solutions.Process Orders, Returns, Refunds, And Account Updates.Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions.Escalate Complex Issues To Relevant Departments When Necessary.Follow Company Policies And Service Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
