Handle Cod Order Confirmation Calls, Ndr Follow-Ups, On-Hold Orders, And Customer Support. Coordinate With Logistics Partners, Resolve Delivery Issues, Answer Customer Queries, And Ensure Smooth Order Fulfillment. Good English Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, And Customer Handling Experience Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
