Machinery Club is hiring a Customer Care Executive in Kirti Nagar Indl. Area, Delhi. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive We Are Looking For A Confident And Enthusiastic Telecaller To Join Our Team. Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls To Equipment Owners And Contractors Across India, Search Online Platforms For Machinery And Client Details, Maintain An Accurate Database In Ms Excel, Update Daily Call Records And Lead Status, Use The Database For Whatsapp Marketing And Follow-Ups, And Coordinate With The Sales Team. Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills In English And Hindi, Strong Written English With Accurate Spelling And Grammar, Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel, Whatsapp Web, And Basic Computer Operations. Prior Telecalling/Lead Generation Experience Is Preferred, But Freshers With Excellent Communication Skills Are Also Welcome. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
