Handle Incoming Inquiries Received Through Indiamart. Contact Customers Via Phone, Whatsapp, And Email. Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Product Information. Prepare And Share Quotations With Customers. Follow Up Regularly To Convert Inquiries Into Orders. Maintain Records Of Leads, Customer Interactions, And Sales Status. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
