Venus pet care is hiring a Customer Care Executive in Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Answer Incoming Customer Calls.Respond To Whatsapp Enquiries.Handle Boarding, Grooming, Swimming, Pickup/Drop, And Cafe Bookings.Enter All Bookings Into Google Sheets & Booking Systems.Coordinate With The Operations Supervisor.Handle Customer Complaints. Prior Experience In Customer Support, Front Office, Or Pet Care Is Preferred But Not Mandatory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
