Convincing The Customer To Make The Payment Or Provide A Settlement Over The Phone.2) Making Outbound Calls Via Auto-Dialer/Crm- Explaining The Overdue Amount, Charges, And Legal Action To The Customer- Obtaining Ptp, Sending Payment Links, And Following Up- Updating Call Notes In The Crm- Reporting Daily Paid Cases To The Tl- Escalating Dispute/Harassment Complaints To The Tl. Languages : English, Hindi, Bengali.
