Contact Customers Through Calls And Follow-Ups Regarding Overdue Credit Card Payments. Negotiate And Convince Customers For Timely Payment And Settlement .Handle Delinquent And Recovery Accounts As Per Company Policy .Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions And Payment Commitments .Coordinate With Field Recovery Teams When Required. Languages : English, Hindi.
